• Work on critical analytical, technical, and operational challenges facing our customers
• Manage the implementation, operation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns in Close Loop Marketing environments
• Engage with customers, intimately understand their requirements, demonstrate Superdrive`s unique capability, and capture strategically interesting opportunities
• Ensure campaigns have clear metrics and ensure/optimize efforts to achieve appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals.
• Plan thoroughly, avoid meetings, work hard, and squash problems

• Working or Technical know-how of Sales Force Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM
• Experience developing B2B (business to business) Enterprise level integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non- technical personnel from everyday analysts through the leadership ranks
• Demonstrated success in technical project management preferred
• Knowledge of, and experience with, analytical tools and databases
• Desire to work autonomously
• Fluency in Japanese and conversational English capability (business level preferred)
